TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT :
Cash, cheques , bank transfer are accepted. NO credit or debit cards.

RESERVATION / BOOKING :
Reservations can be made by e-mail or telephone. A down payment of 50% of the total amount must be made when ordering, it will be cashed and will secure the booking. On some offers the rest of the payment must be made 1 month before

CANCELLATION :
Velovitamine, represented by M.Ludwig DAGOREAU, reserves the right to cancel a tour in case of force majeure, exceptional situation or adverse weather conditions which might affect the safety of the clients.
In this case, the tour offers to reschedule the activity and if it is not possible, the down payment shall be refunded.
In case the client himself cancels the activity, the down payment shall not be refunded
Nota Bene : Rain does not stop our biking or open air activities. We get in touch with the client the day before so that he can come with the appropriate personal equipment.
In case of unforeseen heavy rain, we will shelter in places planned beforehand (wine cellars, shops, halls….). In case of snow, it all depends on the road conditions. The weather conditions are very rarely extreme in Burgundy, so open air activities are nearly always possible with the appropriate equipment.

BIKE RENTAL :
A  50 % deposit is required and cashed when booking.
A rental agreement is signed when you actually get the bike and you have to give  Velovitamine a deposit cheque together with an Identification Document.
Each bicycle must be correctly and appropriately used. Velovitamine shall be entitled to claim any financial compensation incurred by the damage, breakage, loss or theft of any part (derailleur gear, panniers, children seat….) or if the bike is stolen

PRICING :
The prices applied by Velovitamine are net prices. “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI”
